The 0.5"Micro OLED Display is a 1.3 cm (0.5inch) diagonal, 1280(RGB) × 960 dots active matrix color OLED (Organic Light Emitting Display) panel module based on single crystal silicon transistors. The module integrates panel driver and logic driver, and achieves smaller size, light in weight and high resolution.

The 0.5 inch Micor OLED Display is a coloful 1280(RGB) × 960 AMOLED Grayscale micro display, with FHD 1600*1200 High resolution and high luminance level up 1000cd/m2, popular used in virtual devices such as AR Glasses and VR Headset, thanks to its micro Si-OLED (Silicon Organic Light Emitting Diode) technology, this micro screen is with very impact size, light weight and low power consumption, also applicable for the medical and military industry such as Head-mounted Displays (HMD),viewfinder,Head-Mounted Displays (HMD) etc.
